Cottonwood, AZ. – Vineyards, say cheese! Get your cameras out for the Verde Valley Wine Trail photo contest. Do you have a photo of Arizona’s Verde Valley Wineries? If so enter the contest for a chance to win great prizes! Whether you live near the wineries in Verde Valley or you want to make a food & wine vacation out of it, get your digital camera out and capture a prize-winning picture.
The Verde Valley Wine Trail connects the dots between the wineries that are nestled between the communities of Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde, Jerome and the beautiful red rock landscape and canyons that USA Today says is the most beautiful place in America. There are four terrific wineries with tasting rooms on the Wine Trail - Page Springs Winery, Javelina Leap Winery, Alcantara Vineyards, and Oak Creek Vineyards - all can be seen at www.vvWineTrail.com.
The theme of this contest is “On the Verde Valley Wine Trail” and the goal of the contest is to shoot photos that tell the story of the Verde Valley Wine Trail. Photos can include the Verde Valley wineries, vineyards, tasting rooms, grapes, beautiful scenery, area attractions, the people (visitors and workers) in the area enjoying one of the most unique regions in Arizona. The photos should capture the essence of what Verde Valley Wine Country is – the beauty and the fun.
Anyone 21 years old and older can enter and submit photos for free with the chance to win cool prizes! Prizes include great wines, area attractions, Wine Tastings, and more. Entering is easy, just go online to www.vvWinetrail.com and click on Photo Contest. You will even be able to return to the site to see a sampling of entries.
